MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Back at the Ranch provides a 15-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. Special order items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail at ranchhand@backattheranch.com or by phone at (505) 989-8110. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. All special orders and items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order. Wrap the items securely as they must be returned in new, resalable condition. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 15 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund. You can expect the refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. You may also elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.
